SUMMARY:Fair Planning Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The annual Fair Planning Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 30th.   This meeting is primarily for table chairs and interested members of the lodge and will be both in-person\, for vaccinated members\, and Zoom for those who are unvaccinated or simply more comfortable to participate from home.  We are following the guidelines set by the SLC. \nGiven the current uncertainty of our regular venue we will focus on both planning for our usual venue as well as consideration of alternative plan(s) for a 2021 Scandinavian Fair. \nPizza will be available at 6:30 for those meeting in-person and the formal part of the meeting will begin at 7:30 pm. \nPlease let Pete Hanson or Peter Vatne know if you plan on meeting in-person or would like a Zoom link.  You can contact us via the contact link at the top of the website homepage.
