SUMMARY:November Cultural Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The November cultural meeting\, on November 6th\, will include a Zoom presentation on the history and styles of Bunads. \nThe presentation is about the various bunads by region. There are over 450 different ones and the presentation covers a broad spectrum\nof bunads from across Norway. We will talk about some of the more popular ones and the silver (søljer) that goes with them\, as well as a\nfew you may not have heard about. Let us know where your family is from in Norway and we can hopefully give you information on the\nproper bunad to wear from that area. \n
