SUMMARY:17th of May Family Picnic
DESCRIPTION:May is not really that far off and we all look forward to the annual 17th of May family picnic\, which will be on Saturday\, May 18th. It’s a big event and draws not only lodge members but lots of other families from the Norwegian community in Boston.  There is a short parade\, open faced sandwiches\, hot dogs\, and field games for the children. \nMembers: In order for it to be a success\, we need volunteers. There are lots of things to volunteer to do and most of the jobs are not that demanding. A sign-up sheet will be available at both the April and May cultural meetings. It feels good to contribute to the success of such a popular event so make sure you sign up as soon as possible to snag the best job. \nFore event flyer click  here
