DESCRIPTION:We will be having our annual Welcome Back Dinner on Saturday September 7th in the Nordic Hall.  Please bring your favorite pot=luck main dish and/or either a side dish or dessert snack to share with everyone.  Drinks will be provided.  If you have a summer vacation story\, or better yet\, a story about your trip to Norway (or Scandinavia) be prepared to share with the group.  After two months without a meeting we are excited to get everyone back together again.

DESCRIPTION:We are taking a break from book club until fall\,  We discovered that Bake Maine (old Portland Pottery location) is closed on Thursdays so we are moving our next meeting to Wednesday\, September 25 at 10: AM. Please go across the street to Forage if Bake Maine is closed.  We plan to read Blackwater by Kerstin Ekman.. Minerva library has copies but will not send them to other libraries currently.  You can check with your local library to see if they have it. \n\nAmazon has it for $15.39.
