17.mai Van to Brooklyn CANCELLED

Unfortunately, the Brooklyn Parade has been cancelled due to the Covid19 virus issues.
The 17.mai parade in Brooklyn NY is one of the largest celebration parades outside of Oslo. Norumbega Lodge has represented itself there for a number of years and the memories persist with those who have joined in. To get there we rent a 15 passenger van that is very comfortable for the ride to Brooklyn. We leave around 7:30 am and pick up folks along the route to Brooklyn. On the return trip we stop to have dinner together in Connecticut and arrive at our pickup spots at around 9:00 pm.
