The annual Fair Planning Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 30th.   This meeting is primarily for table chairs and interested members of the lodge and will be both in-person, for vaccinated members, and Zoom for those who are unvaccinated or simply more comfortable to participate from home.  We are following the guidelines set by the SLC.

Given the current uncertainty of our regular venue we will focus on both planning for our usual venue as well as consideration of alternative plan(s) for a 2021 Scandinavian Fair.

Pizza will be available at 6:30 for those meeting in-person and the formal part of the meeting will begin at 7:30 pm.
