Lodge member Judi Mack will present the history and practice of smørbrød – open-face sandwiches.This includes toppings that are commonly used, types of suitable bread, garnishes,
step in making, storage, and other aspect of smørbrød. At the
end, we will each make a sandwich to enjoy with coffee.
